General Stanisław Maczek

General Stanisław Maczek was a distinguished Polish military leader known for his exceptional leadership during World War II. Reverend Valentine Czyzewski

Reverend Valentine Czyzewski, the first Polish member of the Holy Cross community, established St. Hedwig Parish in South Bend, Indiana, in 1877, serving the burgeoning Polish immigrant community.
